Flying Dog - Coffee Stout Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

Basic Beer Crust:

3 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon of Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 12oz. bottle of Flying Dog Coffee Stout
1/4 cup Olive Oil


Topping Ingredients

2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
8 oz Portobello Mushrooms(Sliced)
1 Small Onion Sliced
1/2 cup Black Olives
8oz. Flying Dog Coffee Stout
1 1/2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese

Dough Steps:
1. Combine Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, and Salt in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. Add beer, and olive oil...Mix well, until dough is sticky
3. Let dough sit for 10 minutes
4. Flour the surface for spreading dough into shape and do so...
5. Preheat oven to 450 and cook empty crust for 4-5 minutes


Toppings Steps:

1. Saute Mushrooms and Onions with Olive oil in a non-stick skillet.
2. Add beer and continue to simmer til liquid is evaporated and veggies are soft
4. Spread toppings mixture on top of dough
5. Spread Swiss cheese on top of toppings
6. Finish with black olives and any herbs you might want
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until crust and toppings are golden brown
8. Let cool, cut, and enjoy

Homebrewers Malt & Hop Cupcake Recipe

Ingredients:
Main cupcake:
2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Melted Butter(no substitutes)
1/2 cup Milk
3/4 cup Liquid Malt Extract(any style, I used golden light)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt

Hop Buttercreme Icing:
3 sticks Butter
4 cups Confectioners Sugar
3/4 teaspoon Crushed Pellet Hop(Any style, I used Citra)

Cupcake Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine all dry ingredients.
3. In a separate bowl, combine butter, milk, eggs and vanilla. Microwave Malt to soften (Just about 15 seconds) then gradually add malt(might need to soften a tad in microwave).
4. Stir into the dry mixture, until all ingredients are blended thoroughly.
5. Fill prepared muffin tins with batter, filling 2/3 full, bake in oven until a toothpick comes out clean or for 15-20 minutes.

Icing Steps:
1. Combine hops with a half a stick of butter and melt in microwave. Allow the rest of the butter to soften.
2. Then add that combined mixture to the rest of the softened butter. Then gradually add the confectioners sugar until well blended
3. Spread the finished icing over cupcakes.

Crispin Artisanal Ciders Honey Crisp Apple Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
Main cake:
3 Apples(any variety) Peeled, Cored and Sliced
2 cups of white sugar
3 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup vegatable oil
1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup of OJ
220z. Crispin - Honey Crisp cider

Sprinkle Topping:
5 tablespoons white sugar & 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Steps:
1. Soak the apples in a bowl completely submerged in the bomber of Crispin Honey Crisp Cider(reccommended 6 hours min).
2. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 10" pan. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and sugar. stir in the oil, beaten eggs, orange juice and vanilla. Lastly add juice from the soaked apples and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour half the batter into the pan and top with the apples. Sprinkle some of the mixture on this layer.
5. Pour the remainder of the batter on top and then more apples and the rest of the mixture.
6. Bake at 350 Degrees for 70 to 90 minutes

Brooklyn Brewing Co. Black Chocolate Stout Cheesesteak Recipe

Ingredients:
2 boxes(14) 100% beef Steak-Ums or comparable filet of Steak
2 tablespoons Bar-B-Que sauce
1 whole Red Pepper
1 Whole Yellow Pepper
10-12 Mushrooms(any style)
1-2 Garlic cloves
2 Tbspn Butter 8 oz. Stout (I used Brooklyn Brewing Co. - Black Chocolate Stout

Steps:
1. Chop veggies into slices and garlic into a mince
2. Melt butter into a pan with the garlic, and add vegtables and sautee until they start to carmalize.
3. Add beer and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
4. Strain veggies from remaining liquid in pan, store seperate.
5. Add meat to pan with sauce, add B-B-Que sauce, salt & pepper to taste.
6. Add the veggies into the pan ad mix together throughly.
7. Prep your bun any way you like(Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, etc...).
8. Drain meat & Vegatables to remove excess oils.
9.. Add meat & vegtables to the bun and cover with cheese.

21st Amendment Back in Black Meat Lovers Ring Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound of lean ground beef
1/2 pound of deli cooked ham 1/2 cup of your favorite Bar-B-Que sauce
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
2 slices of american cheese
1 tspn. of fresh jarred garlic
2 Rolls of crescent rolls
10-12 ounces of 21st Amendment Back in Black

Steps:
1. Sautee the meats in a pan, draining the fat, then add the Bar-B-Que sauce and garlic. Then add the beer a little at a time allowing it to reduce down. Let meat cool down for about 15 minutes before using further.
2. Lay out crescent rols in 2 layers in a circle pattern.
3. Lay meat mixture around the layed out crescents, leaving the center as a circle.
4. Add mozzarella on the top of the meats then add the sliced cheese on top of that.
5. Fold the outer tips of the rolls towards the center, covering the meat.
6. Pinch the folded parts to the center parts
7. Sprinkle more cheese on top of the dough.
8. Pop into the oven for 25 minutes at 375 degrees
